Lincoln Lending Expands to Tri-City Area
Moore, OK March 2021 - Lincoln Lending is excited to announce the opening of a new branch in Newcastle, Oklahoma in March 2021. The new location offers more flexibility for Lincoln Lending’s customers in the Tri-City area who prefer an even more accessible location to meet with Loan Officers or sign mortgage documents. Loan Officer Neva Ford and her team will be the primary Lincoln Lending staff operating this office. Ford will alternate between the Newcastle and Moore offices, so clients can schedule appointments at whichever location is most convenient for them.
Lincoln Lending is proud to offer Spanish-speaking staff who can assist Spanish-speaking clients, including non-citizen immigrants looking to qualify for an ITIN loan. The new office will also be a great gathering place for realtors and other partners, who can utilize the Lincoln Lending conference room to meet with their clients in the Tri-City area. Many of Lincoln’s Closing Company partners are excited to meet customers in the new space as well. Loan Officer Neva Ford said, “We’re excited to have another branch because it will make it much more convenient for Lincoln’s customers in the Tri-City area to meet with us and have their questions answered as they work through the mortgage process.”
In the coming months, Lincoln Lending will also be seeking new Loan Officers to grow the team at the Newcastle branch. The new office is located at 2810 NW 32nd Street, Newcastle, OK 73065, on Highway 37. Homeowners can come see the office and start their own path to homeownership starting mid-March.
